Is Resumind really free?
Yes — building resumes, using templates, uploading your CV, and using the ATS Score Checker are all free with no time limit. AI tools (Score, Match, Cover Letter) are limited to 3 requests per 24 hours per account to keep costs sustainable.
Can I delete my account and all my data?
Absolutely. Use the contact form below and select 'Privacy & Data Request' as the topic. We verify your identity and delete everything within 30 days. See our Data Deletion page for the full process.
Is my resume data private?
Yes. We never sell your personal data. CV text extracted when you upload a file is processed entirely in your browser — the file is never uploaded to our servers. Saved resumes are stored securely and only accessible to you.
Why is there a limit on AI tool usage?
Each AI request costs us money to process. The 3 per day limit lets us keep the core product free for everyone. The same limit applies in our Android app. We're working on a premium tier for users who need more.
I found a bug — how do I report it?
Use the contact form below with a description of what happened, your browser and device, and steps to reproduce. Screenshots help a lot. We fix reported bugs quickly.
