How to Delete Your Data

Send a Deletion Request
Email us at support@vizo-techno.com with subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your Resumind account.
Identity Verification
We will send a confirmation email to the address you provided to verify ownership of the account before processing the deletion.
Data Removed
Once verified, we permanently delete your account, saved resumes, and all personal data from our servers within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation.
What We Delete
Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we permanently and irreversibly remove the following data from all our servers and backups within 30 days:
Processing Timeline
We acknowledge your request within 24 hours and complete the deletion within 30 calendar days. In most cases it happens within a few business days.
Your Privacy Rights
This policy covers users in all regions, including those protected by GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and other applicable data protection laws. You may also request a copy of your data before deletion.
Please Note
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any saved resumes will be lost. We recommend downloading your resumes before submitting a deletion request.
