1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Resumind at resumind.vizo-techno.com or our Android application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and VizoTechno ("Company", "we", "us"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Resumind provides a free AI-powered resume building platform that includes:

• An online resume editor with professional templates
• ATS Score Checker — automated resume scoring against applicant tracking systems
• Job Match Analyzer — comparison of your resume against job descriptions
• Cover Letter Generator — AI-assisted cover letter drafting
• CV Upload and Import — client-side text extraction from PDF and DOCX files

Some features are subject to daily usage limits. AI tools (Score, Match, Cover Letter) are limited to 3 requests per email address per 24-hour period for free accounts.

3. User Accounts

Registration: You may use certain features without an account. To save resumes and access full AI features, you must register with a valid email address.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. Notify us immediately via our contact form if you suspect unauthorized access.

One Account per Person: You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service by automated means
• Use bots, scripts, or other automated tools to generate bulk AI requests or bypass usage limits
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account.

5. Your Content

Ownership: You retain full ownership of the resume content you create using Resumind. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

License to Us: By using Resumind, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not use your resume content to train AI models or for any commercial purpose beyond operating the Service.

Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you create. Do not include false information in your resume.

6. AI Features and Limitations

Our AI-powered tools (ATS Score Checker, Job Match Analyzer, Cover Letter Generator) are provided as helpful aids, not professional career advice.

No Guarantees: We cannot guarantee that using these tools will result in job interviews, employment, or any specific outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

Accuracy: AI-generated scores, matches, and content are based on algorithmic analysis and may contain errors. Always review AI output critically before using it in a real application.

Rate Limits: Free accounts are limited to 3 AI requests per email per 24-hour period. This limit exists to maintain service quality for all users.

7. Intellectual Property

The Resumind platform, including its design, code, templates, and branding, is owned by VizoTechno and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its underlying software without our express written permission.

8. Advertisements

Resumind displays advertisements provided by Google AdSense. These ads help keep the Service free for users. By using Resumind, you agree to the display of advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VizoTechno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of employment, or loss of business.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which for free users is zero).

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to VizoTechno's principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.
